What happens on the day?
On arrival and registration, you will receive a warm welcome and a cuppa. A short briefing and a video presentation will be made. You will be introduced to the historic Boeing Stearman PT17 Biplane and then taken flying. You will be invited to take control of the microlight and do some manoeuvering in the air.
You may purchase a video or a still photograph in colour as a mememto of your aerial adventures.

Availability
Mainly on weekends all year round. However, this is a weather dependent activity.
How long does it last?
Allow approximately one hour at the airfield and upto 30 minutes in the aircraft. However, there may be delays due to weather, etc.
Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are welcome. Children must be kept under control and dogs must be on leashes at all times. This is an active airfield and all rules and regulations must be obeyed by all visitors.
What should I wear?
Wear warm and comfortable fitting clothes. We will provide, where applicable, flying suits, gloves, etc.
Avoid wearing high heeled shoes and large builders boots or walking boots as they may be caught in the controls systems.
Restrictions
Minimum age 14. Maximum body weight 100 kg. (14 stones) You must be fit to fly with no heart disease or epilepsy or any other condition that may endanger your safety or ours.
Is this activity weather dependent?
All open-cockpit flying is weather dependent and you must call us 48 hours in advance as well as on the day of the flight to check the weather conditions. If unsuitable, we will rebook your flight.
Is this activity suitable for groups?
Yes
Group Details
We can accept groups from 2 to 20 to fly and including spectators, we can cater for upto 40 persons. Please call for details of group bookings.

All flying is done by fully qualified instructors.
